AS Management Ltd is a professional management company established in 2016 which specialises in project management, contract management, quantity surveying, project consultancy, property & condominium management, and further ancillary services. As a company, we offer an extensive range of tailor-made solutions designed to cater for our clients’ specific requirements from start to finish of their projects.
Over the years, our company has established a solid foundation of extensive knowledge in our fields of expertise through collaboration with various established companies, property developers and contractors who entrusted us with their construction, projects, developments, and properties. By working hand-in-hand with such highly rated organisations and private entities, our team further enhanced their understanding of the field while strengthening their teamwork capabilities, all while enriching the services we provide in a timely, cost-efficient and professional manner.
Our Team
Our team consists of highly proficient, skilled, and dedicated individuals with over 25 years of experience in management and construction, along with a mixture of young, enthusiastic, and well-trained personnel ready to assist customers with all their requirements. AS Management personnel include senior project managers, qualified engineers, building services graduates, quantity surveyors, site managers, Chartered Institute of Buildings Program Graduates, Master’s in Business Administration Graduates, and Masters in Accountancy Graduates. Our team members also form part of the Malta Chamber of Construction Management and The Malta Developers Association.
